Quick Buffalina Pizza

Prep Time = 7 mins | Total Time = 15 mins | Serves = 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 loaves of BonSavor Pita or Naan • 2 fresh mozzarella cheese balls (about ½ lb)
  • 2 fresh big tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes (about 8oz)
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil, finely chopped
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

Place the pita or naan on a large baking sheet, spread the oil, diced tomato and salt on the loaves, cover with layers of cheese and fresh tomatoes, and bake in a pre-heated oven for 5 minutes at 400F or until the cheese is melted or dough has golden edges. Before serving sprinkle the basil over the pizzas and drizzle with olive oil.
