Egyptian Pita Pockets

Prep Time = 10 mins | Total Time = 5 mins | Serves = 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 BonSavor Pita
  • 2 medium sized cucumber, finely sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes, finely sliced
  • 16 pitted Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 10 oz plain yogurt
  • ½ cup of fresh chopped mint
  • 2 spoons of olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of dried oregano
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder

Preparation

Cut the pita in half and open into pockets. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and use to fill the pita pockets. Enjoy!
