Indian Shrimp Naan

Prep Time = 5 mins | Total Time = 30-40 mins | Serves = 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 loaves of BonSavor Naan
  • 24 large pre-cooked shrimps
  • 2 tablespoons of Korma sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 bag spinach salad
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation

Defrost the shrimp and place in a large bowl. Add the orange juice, the Korma sauce, the salt and the olive oil, stir and leave for 5 minutes. Remove shrimp from liquid and place on baking sheet. Cook in an oven pre-heated to 425F for 10 minutes. Pour the remaining liquid over the shrimp while cooking. Mix the spinach, carrots, cabbage and black pepper in a bowl and when cooked, mix the shrimp into the salad while still hot. Spread over or fold into the naan.
