Vermont Leftover Wrap

Prep Time = 5 mins | Total Time = 15 mins | Serves = 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 BonSavor wraps
  • 1 plate of turkey or chicken leftovers, shredded or pulled
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup cranberry or apple sauce
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, sliced
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation

Warm the leftover turkey or chicken. Reduce the cranberry or apple sauce together with the balsamic vinegar by heating in a pan for five minutes. Spread the sauce onto the wrap and place one lettuce leaf onto the wrap. Add the slices of tomato, the warm leftover turkey or chicken, sprinkle with salt and pepper, roll or fold and serve.
