Cool down with this delicious dip

As temperatures rise, this cool dip is a wonderful addition to your summer menu. Serve it with crisp vegetables such as sliced bell peppers, broccoli, celery and tomatoes or let it do double-duty as a sauce for your grilled meats. Enjoy with warm pita bread cut into triangles or gyro-style and you have the perfect summer meal.

Tzatziki
1 8 oz container plain yogurt
1 8 oz container sour cream
2 cucumbers peeled, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender; mix well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve chilled. Enjoy!

Naan pizzas are the perfect quick meal solution. Whether you’re cooking for one or many, the ease and versatility of naan pizzas will make them a favorite in your home.

Homemade naan pizzas are extremely easy to make. Any topping you crave or can dream of, you can put on a naan pizza. Just bake in a preheated oven at 400 for 5-7 minutes and Voila! dinner (or lunch or even breakfast!) is served.

Here are some of our favorite topping ideas:

Pesto Chicken

Spread pesto on naan, top with grilled chicken and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously; bake as directed until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Hawaiian

Spread pizza sauce on naan, top with diced pineapple and Canadian bacon and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously; bake as directed until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Vegetarian Margherita

Spread olive oil on naan, sprinkle with garlic salt, top with sliced roma tomatoes and whole basil leaves and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously; bake as directed until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Classic Pepperoni

Spread pizza sauce on naan, top with sliced pepperoni and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously; bake as directed until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Breakfast Pizza

Spread butter or margarine on naan, top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, add scrambled eggs and crispy bacon (or sausage), sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake as directed until cheese is melted and bubbly.
